Redeeming Love

Bestie M and I headed out to the theater to see Redeeming Love a couple of weeks ago and it was a really incredible, beautiful, inspiring and intense movie. I have not yet read the novel by Francine Rivers, but have it queued up on my list. The movie is based on the book, set during the California Gold Rush, and inspired by the Biblical story of Hosea and Gomer. I have thought about this movie every single day since we saw it.

I don’t think you can ever recreate the impact of a movie on the big screen at home, but I saw this week that Redeeming Love is also available on demand!

We so thoroughly enjoyed ourselves that we now have a standing date the first week of every month. Next up: Death on the Nile. (We wore our jammies, brought blankets and shared alllll the snacks!)
