Now, on with the tour! It was pouring rain on the one night I had to take these photos so we are staying inside tonight. There’s no turning back now…

It was cool enough for the first indoor fire of the year. I love summer but there is just something extra special about cozy-ing up under blankets in front of the fire that is equally as wonderful. {SEE MORE OF THE DEN}

A clutter of spiders scurry up the fire place. (We actually looked that up! My kids are obsessed with knowing what every “group” of every animal/insect/creature is called.)

Our two Haunted Mansion books double as decor this time of the year. We are BIG Disney fans so you’ll find little nods to this all over our home.

We use the banquette in the den for puzzles during the holidays and school breaks. We’ve almost finished this one. Only the solid green pieces are left. haha

Nothing is safe from a spooky makeover come October.

This creep isn’t the only one that has had his hand in the candy bowl. I can’t count how many times I’ve refilled it.

In the living room you will find our haunted typewriter. It is probably my favorite holiday item ever purchased. {SEE MORE OF THE LIVING ROOM}

We do love our celebratory treats and the boys never met a gingerbread they didn’t love. This was a great rainy day activity. {SEE MORE OF THE KITCHEN}

The table is set for our Sunday Supper. (But Honey’s family just organized a last minute birthday soiree for this evening so it will have to keep until Monday.) {SEE MORE OF THE DINING ROOM}
