Super Bowl Sunday Supper {Homemade Crunch Wraps}

My guys were gathered around the TV tonight for the big game! It was unusual in that nobody invited anyone over, but usual in that we enjoyed some delicious homemade Mexican food.

Knowing it would be just the four of us, I decided to dive into a somewhat complicated recipe that didn’t serve a lot of people, but seemed like something they would love. Since they all looooove Taco Bell, the Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme form Half Baked Harvest fit the bill. You can find the recipe on her site!

My Recipe Notes: The next time I make it I will omit the crushed red pepper and scale back on the poblano pepper.

The first one almost had me throw up my hands, but the process got much smoother and more efficient after that. Needless to say they LOVED this meal and are already fighting over who gets to bring the few leftover pieces in their lunch tomorrow.

I hope your team won! Nobody here was pulling for either. Everyone enjoyed a pretty competitive game up until the end.
