As promised, I’m back today with the photo backdrop we set up for our spring party late last month!
My bestie and I love to share party wares and when she was in charge of our high school’s senior picnic photos, we brainstormed this cute idea. She hung a cheap grass rug and topped it with a balloon garland in the school colors.
A couple of days after her event, we hung it on the back of the fireplace in my courtyard! I added a Best Day Ever neon sign. I chose this wording since it can be used for many things in the future! Next up is son’s graduation party!
- We used 3 small white screw hooks to hang it.
- The rug is cheap and it is quite easy to punch 3 small holes with a pair of scissors.
- We used fishing wire to hang the sign on top of the rug. We cut another slit for the cord to plug it in behind the rug.
