Valentine’s Day Fun {Cheese and Charcuterie}

Happy Hump Day, y’all! I am continuing with the Valentine’s day celebrations here through the rest of the week. We ALL enjoyed this delicious meat and cheese tray as a decadent appetizer on Valentine’s Day.

Cheeses

  • Bellavitano (whiskey soaked)
  • Fresh mozzarella, cut into hearts
  • Truffle Gouda
  • Manchego
  • Creamy Brie, heart shaped from Whole Foods

Meat assortment from Costco

Accompaniments

  • Crackers
  • Blackberry Honey from Capital Bee Co
  • Pickled Okra
  • Apple slices
  • Strawberry Jalapeno Jelly from Wisham Jellis (based in Georgia)
  • Grapes

I sprinkled Edible Rose Petals across the top for the special occasion! Using a couple of my heart shaped silicon baking cups was another festive addition.
