How do you make the ice ring?
I am pleased to tell you, it is the easiest thing ever!
In a bundt pan, I simply poured an entire bottle of prosecco. I added in fresh cranberries and sprigs of rosemary. I froze it over night. On Thanksgiving, I let it sit on the counter for a few minutes and then gently turned it out of the pan and used 2 spatulas to lift it into the punch bowl.
You can use this same method with any liquid! Pick something that won’t water down your punch.
The hardest part is finding space in the freezer.
As it melted, the cranberries and rosemary dispersed into the punch.
