Travel has been our go-to gift since the boys were little and graduation was no exception! Towards the end of his junior year we told John he could pick our 2024 summer vacation destination in honor of his graduation. Without any hesitation he answered – GREECE!
I’ve planned Greece a few ways for clients over the years – with luxury partners on land trips, through Adventures by Disney, and via cruise ship. After mulling over our options, I landed on a cruise as the easiest way to see and experience Greece. On top of that, Disney Cruise Line is still my boys’ favorite vacation ever and John was quite agreeable to head off on another one to the Mediterranean. Since we cruise round trip from Rome, we added on the Rome Escape through Adventures by Disney. Their “escape “mini itineraries” perfectly line up with both ocean and river cruises and are an ideal way to see a lot in a little amount of time. I presented the plan to John and he loved it as much as I did!

If you’re ready to learn more, I’d LOVE to talk your ear off about YOUR adventure! :-) My job is to handle all of the details so you can enjoy the anticipation of your trip without the stress and time commitment of โfiguring everything outโ. I am one of very few travel advisors that personally travels with Adventures by Disney โ having taken SIX different trips in just 7 years – and can guide you every step of the way. On top of that, family vacations are expensive and my experience and attention to detail make it possible to get the most out of your vacation dollars. Best of all, booking through me does not cost one cent more than doing it on your own.
As a travel expert you probably already know this, but I think the Sistine Chapel is less crowded after lunch. We thought we’d beat the crowd and get there first thing in the AM. Not only did we wait in a line several blocks long, but once inside there was zero personal space. You couldn’t even really linger to study the art or savor the experience because you were pushed along by the sea of humanity. Then when we left around lunch time, we noticed that there was NO line outside. So that’s my tip—-go after lunch :)
