Since our return from Italy with a recipe and a lovey bottle of limoncello made in Sorrento, the Limoncello Spritz has been the go-to drink at the W home!
Limoncello Spritz
Makes one
- 2 oz limoncello
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1 oz club soda
- 1 cup ice
- 1 mint spring for garnish
- slice lemon for garnish
Add ice to your glass. Start with limoncello, followed by prosecco then club soda. Stir, garnish and enjoy!
It’s the most refreshing drink I can think of in this heat!
