I love Half Baked Harvest, but her recipes can be pretty involved. I was delighted to come across this one for slow cooker BBQ Chicken. It was extremely flavorful and a huge hit with the family! All in all, it is a perfect summer meal that doesn’t heat up the house even more.

I served it simply with corn and bread and butter pickles. I did offer buns, too, but enjoyed mine without!
