We are just off of the Disney Treasure for Whit’s winter break. It was an exceptional experience – from the food to the entertainment to the service to the amazing spaces all over the ship. We sailed the 7-night Eastern Caribbean itinerary.

Morning on the Treasure
Since we had Palo Brunch planned, I did just coffee and a stuffed croissant in the concierge lounge for breakfast. The guys slept in.

Palo Brunch
It’s really hard to say if I prefer Palo at dinner or brunch because both are spectacular experiences. If you can only get one or the other, rest assured you’re in for a treat! While I love the pastas at dinner, you can’t beat the glittering ocean views at brunch.

The Tale of Moana Show
Concierge guests get priority seating, popcorn and water before the live theater shows. The Treasure added a third showing of the three main-stage shows, which was amazing!! In addition to the 6 and 8 pm shows, there was also an afternoon viewing at 2 or 3 pm depending on the day.
Disney outdid themselves with The Tale of Moana. I couldn’t imagine beating Beauty and the Beast and Tangled, but they sure did. The narrator of Moana’s tale is the spirit of her grandmother. You’ll watch the ocean come to life, choosing young Moana for an incredible journey to restore the heart of Te Fiti—with vibrant dance and music to set her on her way. We all agreed that it was spectacular.

Afternoon the Treasure
We love the late dinner seating to do so much more during the day. After the show we spent the rest of the day soaking up the sun on the concierge sun deck.

We popped in the concierge lounge for happy hour and the most stunning sunset.

Plaza de Coco
We enjoyed our second time dining in Plaza do Coco. On night two guests are treated to an all-new experience when Miguel reunites with his great-great-grandparents Hector and Mama Imelda. (When I sailed in December the show featured Hector and Mama Imelda but in February it was just Hector) Miguel transports them to the town square in Cecilia with the help of his magic guitar to celebrate Dia de los Muertos—the Day of the Dead. It is another fantastic dinner show.

Evening on the Treasure
After dinner we caught Brainteasers trivia, bumped into Goofy and did another round of Majority Minds.
