Sunday Supper this week was another winner from Real Food Whole Life. I first discovered her on Instagram and immediately loved her practical approach to feeding a family. She shares weekly meal plans and a whole collection of quick, approachable recipes that feel doable even on the craziest days. This time I tried her Ground Beef and Broccoli, and it absolutely delivered.

You can find the original recipe here:

It came together so quickly and was really, really good. At the very end, I decided to bulk it up a bit and added two packs of cooked ramen noodles. I tossed the seasoning packets and just used the noodles themselves. It was the perfect addition and stretched the meal beautifully.
There was plenty for the three of us for supper, and Whit happily took the leftovers for lunch the next day. That alone makes it a keeper in my book. We all agreed it was so fast and easy that I immediately sent it to John. It is ideal for a college apartment kitchen and a kid who is enjoying cooking in his (albeit little) free time.
This is the second recipe I have made from her site. The first was her Hamburger Soup, which we loved as well. (Note: I shared the soup recipe with a friend who loved it but Marme and Daddy-O were not fans. And that is the beauty of cooking I suppose. Not every recipe is for every palate. :-)
If you are looking for something quick, budget friendly and crowd pleasing for a weeknight, this is a great one to try.
Hope you have a wonderful week ahead.
