Sunday Supper {Thai Chicken Meatball Khao Soi}

One of our favorite dinners in Sun Valley was at Rickshaw. And one of our favorite dishes on the table was the Chang Mai Curry Noodles. When I came across this Thai Chicken Meatball Khao Soi Recipe at Half Baked Harvest, I thought the taste could be similar. It didn’t end up super close, but it was delicious and we gobbled up every bite!

Note: I had chili oil so I put it out for serving. It is soooo spicy! Proceed with caution.

We located a restaurant in Kennesaw (a north suburb of Atlanta) that sounds promising on our quest to have that delicious dish again.
