Did you watch the eclipse today? I ordered our glasses weeks ago and doled them out since we wouldn’t all be in the same place at 3:05 PM. Honey and John were at their respective jobs and I would be at Whit’s annual check up.
It was both neat and a little depressing to know we were all experiencing this at the same time but not together, and had me reminiscing about our mini-vacation in 2017 to experience the eclipse in the path of totality!
We’ve celebrated all the things over the years – big and small. And I am SO glad we did! I could barely even conceive what life would look like in 2024 back in 2017. In the blink of an eye, here we are! :-)
