School Night Supper {Mandy’s Ravioli Lasagna}

One of my sweetest and funniest clients, Mandy P, is also one of my favorite Instagram friends. I love her “lazy mom” meals and enjoy making so many of them myself. Her Ravioli Lasagna took minutes to prepare and was a huge hit!

Mandy’s Ravioli Lasagna

  • 2 packages Rana ravioli
  • Jar Rao’s bolognese
  • bag shredded mozzarella

In a casserole dish, spread a little of the sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of ravioli. Top with sauce and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Mandy uses Italian Sausage ravioli but I couldn’t find it. This was a great sub.
