On the heels of my neighbor farewell and looking ahead to Cinco de Mayo, I thought I’d pop in on this lovely Friday with the Ranch Water cocktail! I failed to take a photo of the finished drink but they looked and tasted great. They were such a hit we didn’t even crack open the first bottle of wine.
I’ve had a few variations of Ranch Water but this one is my absolutely FAVE! The 1800 Coconut Tequila totally makes it.
Ranch Water
- 2 oz 1800 Coconut Tequila
- 1.5 oz Lime Juice (santa cruz organic is the best after fresh squeezed!)
- Ice
- Topo Chico Grapefruit Sparkling Water (I tried with a different brand of water and it was not the same)
- Lime wedge to garnish
- Tajin to rim glasses
Dip glasses in lime juice and then rim with Tajin. Fill with ice. Add tequila and lime juice. Top with Topo Chico and garnish with a lime.
Sip sip hooray!
