Ina Garten’s Kielbasa with Mustard Dip was another hit on our game night menu. It was the perfect heartier option – something savory and meaty to balance out all the cheeses, veggies, and sweets on the spread.
Now, Ina calls for kielbasa, but I swapped in Conecuh Sausage. Just about two seconds after arriving in Alabama for our very first Auburn visit, we learned about this particular brand of sausage. It’s a thing there, y’all. We came home thrilled to find it at our Publix and honestly haven’t served another kind since. So naturally, it was the only choice for game night. A little South in your mouth!

Another reason I loved this recipe for entertaining? It’s so easy on the hostess. I made the mustard dip the night before and cooked the sausage about an hour before everyone arrived.
Game night details coming soon… I pinky promise!
