One of our favorite easy suppers and game day snacks is this Pepperoni Bread. I’ve done a Mummy Stromboli at Halloween, too. And now, for Christmas 2022, I introduce the Candy Cane Calzone!

Candy Cane Calzone Ingredients
- 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
- Pack of large deli pepperoni slices – I use either the pre-packaged Boar’s Head or Publix brand in the deli
- 1 package provolone cheese, sliced
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Pizza sauce for dipping – I like Mid’s

Candy Cane Calzone Instructions
First, line your cookie sheet with parchment or a non-stick mat and pre-heat the oven to 350.
Next, unwrap and unroll the crescent rolls. Starting at the very bottom of your cookie sheet, line them up like this.

Layer on all of the cheese and about half of the pepperoni.

Gently pull each triangle tip over and across, tucking it under to secure it. Once you’ve done the whole row, bend the top of the bread over like a candy cane.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with italian seasoning.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

Cut with a pizza wheel and dip in warmed sauce! This does not reheat well so eat it all up in one sitting. :-)

I hope you’re enjoying the season. <3
