Making Halloween Happy {Prosecco Shot Cocktail}

I joined some of the ladies last week for a senior mom dinner and brought my two of my favorites.

The Blackberry Lavender Champagne Cocktail and Whipped Goat Cheese from Cheese Gal are always a hit! Find the recipes here:

For the Blackberry Lavender syrup, I made a few modifications to the recipe based on what I had on hand. Rather than using Maple Syrup and Vodka, I just made a typical simple syrup with blackberries and lavender. I also wanted to increase the amount for a few different gatherings and didn’t want to use up vodka and maple syrup in those quantities.

  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp dried lavender
  • The juice of a lemon

Overall, it was still delicious and more budget friendly! I served the syrup in these syringes (I wash and reuse them every year!)

Hope your weekend was happy!

  1. What is the ratio syrup to drink? Sounds delicious I’d love to make tbis for T-giving. Do you ever make it by the pitcher? Measurements? I prefer your version without the vodka. You’re very creative!

    1. No real recipe here. The syrup is sweet – I do about 1oz of the syrup to a glass of prosecco. It’s so good!
