Gosh, I can’t believe I almost forgot to share last month’s homecoming festivities! I’ll start today with John’s Friday’s events – the parade and football game. John is VP of the Super Senior Club – a dream of his since we first started taking him to WHS football games when he was a toddler. These are the guys that paint their chests at gams and do pushups for every point scored. :-) Here they are!

We’ve been coming to the parade for just as many years – since John was 3 and Whit an infant. It’s hard to believe I have a senior in the parade!
It was a chilly, drizzly night for the game but the Raiders brought home the win! On top of that, he’s sweet friend SK was crowned homecoming queen.
We have loved seeing John and friends lead the “best student section in the state” this season. He is living his best life for sure.
And, as his mom, I am hanging on to every moment. <3
