It’s been a good while since I’ve shared an Empress cocktail. Do you remember my pandemic project?! When I ran across this recipe on their Instagram, I knew I had to gather the ingredients to take to my girls weekend in the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed it there, and Honey and I also enjoyed it at home. I think the perfectly pink color makes it a lovely option for Valentine’s Day!
I have used these edible rose petals before and think they would make a beautiful garnish: Rose Petals
Empress French Blonde
Makes 1 cocktail
- 1 oz Empress Indigo Gin
- 1.5 oz Lillet Blanc
- .5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- .25 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a couple glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
