Making Christmas Merry {Holiday Mimosas}

One of my favorite little touches this Thanksgiving was serving the most festive mimosas while we watched the parade. The real magic wasn’t even in the drink itself… it was in the ice cubes! I made them the night before, and they truly stole the show.

I use this oversized ice mold often and absolutely love it. The cubes melt slowly, look beautiful and instantly make even the simplest drink feel special.

To make them, I tucked into each well:

  • an orange slice
  • a few fresh cranberries
  • a sprig of fresh rosemary
  • a dash of Fancy Sprinkles glitter for that holiday sparkle

In a small pitcher, I mixed together:

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice (Simply No Pulp for me!)

I poured the mixture over the fruit and rosemary, froze the tray overnight and by morning we had the prettiest jewel-toned, shimmering ice cubes waiting to be enjoyed.

On Thanksgiving morning, I added one cube to each glass and filled them half with prosecco and half with orange juice… or, depending on the moment, all prosecco. :-)

They were beautiful, festive and so easy. You’ll likely see a reprise of these again soon!
