La Creperie de Paris in Epcot

La Crêperie de Paris is one of those restaurants I find myself recommending again and again… and somehow, it still feels a bit underrated.

Tucked into the France pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, it’s a casual, easy sit-down spot that delivers every time. It’s not overly themed or elaborate, and I actually think that’s part of its charm. It feels simple, relaxed and very French in the best way.

The menu was created by celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, the name behind both Chefs de France and Monsieur Paul, and it shows. The offerings are thoughtful, authentic and just a little elevated without feeling fussy.

You’ll find a mix of savory buckwheat galettes, sweet crêpes and traditional French hard cider, along with the option to order à la carte or enjoy a prix fixe meal. I’ve done it both ways, but I often find myself going back to the prix fixe. It’s a great value and a really nice way to experience a bit of everything.

Each time I’ve dined here I’ve gone with the prix fixe including: Choice of Soup of the Day or Salade Maison; choice of one Galette with a Glass of Hard Cider, Soda, or Juice; Choice of one Dessert Crêpe.

The service is always warm and welcoming, and many of the cast members are from France, which adds to the overall experience in such a lovely way.

One of my favorite visits was last year when we were celebrating CeeCee’s birthday. The cast members sang to her in French, and it was the sweetest moment. I’ve also brought Marme and Daddy-O, and it was just as much of a hit for them.

When it first opened, this was more of a walk-up concept, but now advance dining reservations are available, and I do recommend having one, especially during busier times.

And of course, this is exactly the kind of detail I handle for my clients. From dining reservations to full itinerary design, everything is thoughtfully planned so your days flow seamlessly and you can simply enjoy the experience.

If you’re looking for something approachable, delicious and a little different from the typical theme park meal, this is one I would absolutely add to your list.

We officially kicked off college visits with Whit, and our first stop was University of Tennessee. At the time, about five months ago, he was leaning toward electrical engineering, specifically power systems, so Tennessee felt like a natural place to start. It also checked a few other important boxes… a large university in the South… Read More
