It’s been another dreary day down South. But that doesn’t make this view any less gorgeous…
We had one last birthday cake and a little champers for yours truly before the rest of the crew headed home.
Mother and I took the baby to see Mr. Peabody and Sherman. It was a cute flick and a nice way to spend the afternoon…until the baby doused me in his drink. Never a dull moment. Never.
And other than a zillion games of UNO Attack and some work on John’s First Communion banner, we’ve done a whole lot of nothing. Here’s to hoping the sun makes an appearance tomorrow!! xoxo
Local 11ten & Perch
It has been so gloom and doom here in Savannah today, that we called it on the parade before the sun was barely up. So, rather than a recount of another great parade, a review of my new favorite Savannah restaurant is on tap. Local 11 Ten, and the rooftop lounge Perch, is officially my… Read More
The Beach Parade
One of our favorite family events of the St. Paddy’s Day festivities is always the Irish Heritage Parade at Tybee. Spodee Wine & Shine
The kind folks at Spodee sent us a bottle of their “wine with a kick” to sample in conjunction with their launch in the Atlanta market. I was smitten with the branding and packaging before it was even uncapped. Spodee, inspired by a Depression era hooch, mixes homemade country wines with moonshine, chocolate, and a… Read More
Mickey Waffles
I was so excited to come across the Classic Mickey Waffle Maker for $5 cheaper than I had ever seen it before on Amazon. I promptly ordered it up (thank you bestie S for the Prime shipping) and could hardly wait to turn out some Mickey waffles at home. Well, the baby laid eye on… Read More
The Playroom {Before & After}
Once upon a time, I spent many an hour ogling the glossy pages of Pottery Barn Kids. And back when we originally set up the playroom in our first home, it actually kinda looked like that. Well, eight years later the furniture is scratched and dented, one of the closet doors fell off, there are… Read More
