Spring Break: Savannah Day 2

We were up at the crack of dawn and after breakfast and some scootering, we loaded up the littles for a day of fun in the sun at Tybee!  First things first, we enjoyed our favorite Monday lunch of fish tacos and margaritas in our usual spot on the porch at Tybee Social.  April 2012 045

And then we hit the sand for hours of splashing, digging, seagull feeding and sand castle building on the beach.  Love how the kids made themselves right at home in our chairs.

After quick backyard bath (my favorite variety for the boys) and yummy home cooked meal, we tucked the littles in bed and stayed up late noshing on pan-fulls of incredibly delish soft pretzels prepared by Sister from the Auntie Anne’s at home baking kit.  These things are the real deal, y’all.

Real Life

I generally post prettied up pictures with everything ship shape in its place.  But real life around these parts isn’t always so tidy.  Take Tuesday, for instance… In the blink of an eye: When things seemed a little too quiet for a little too long (and by a little too long I mean no more… Read More
