As Honey mentioned, we’re spending the week with Mother and Daddy-O down in Savannah.  And apparently a big drizzle cloud is planning to dampen our fun for just about the entire visit.  Booo!  Given said weather, our beach day turned into a porch sittin’ corn hole playin’ kind of time a Hucapoos down on Tybee.  They serve the best pizza on the island in the friendly, laid back, immensely quirky, anything goes manner in which the beach has always operated.  I broke out the new Mouse Trap game the boys had been begging for and blew a raucous hour in that manner. When the skies cleared a bit, we walked down to the tennis courts for a hysterical (to those enjoying a Saturday afternoon walk past the courts) game of Mother, the baby and I all versus John.  He creamed us.  Or whatever you’d call a sever beating in tennis.  We spent all remaining energy by running the bases at a nearby ball field a few thousand times, and enjoyed a very sweet end to a long summer day – custom sundae’s by Daddy-O.  The PCP named his creation “Island Cruise” and the baby’s was called “Super Snowball”. The littles are fast asleep and I’m right behind them.  Thanks for being so kind to Honey yesterday :-)   Rain, rain, GO AWAY! xoxo
