I was lamenting to a friend in the spring at how horrible I am at cooking fish. She suggested I try Publix Bourbon Salmon so I picked up a few filets on my next grocery run. Oh my gosh – GAME CHANGER! We’ve enjoyed it every week since. It has absolutely the best flavor and we’ve cooked it on the oven, on the grill and on the Blackstone. Every way tastes great.

This week we are having “clean out the freezer / fridge / pantry” meals. Whit is just thrilled. This is something we never would have heard the end about from John. When we chuckled about that, Whit said “I reallllllly miss John.” :-)
