Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we so often take for granted, and Memorial Day always feels like an important moment to reflect on that.
One of the most meaningful experiences our family has shared was visiting Arlington National Cemetery during our trip to Washington, D.C. Walking those grounds and witnessing row after row of headstones was incredibly moving and something all four of us will carry with us forever.

Today I’m especially grateful for the men and women who served, the families who loved them and the sacrifices made on behalf of all of us.
