I Love {Fifty Flowers}

As promised, I wanted to share the source I used for the flowers for my 50th birthday party… FiftyFlowers.

I went into it completely blind. No recommendation, no prior experience, and I hadn’t even really seen them online before. I did a bit of research, saw consistently great reviews, and decided to take a leap of faith… and I’m so glad I did.

The flowers were absolutely stunning, and I loved being able to choose exactly what I wanted.

I went with:

  • Snow White DIY Flower Kit (Small Pack)
  • Snow White Flower Centerpiece (7 minis)
  • White anemones with dark centers (5 bunches)

Our house was covered in flowers, and it truly made the entire party feel so special.

I used the mini arrangements on the cocktail tables, and they worked perfectly. I was able to trim them down and pop them into vases I already had, which made everything feel cohesive without needing anything extra.

The rest of the flowers I used to create larger arrangements for the island and dining table, along with smaller ones throughout the den, foyer, and living room.

I followed their timing and prep guides exactly… when to order, when to have them delivered, and what to do when they arrived. They opened up beautifully over the couple of days leading up to the party and were in perfect condition the day of. Even better, they lasted for days afterward with fresh water and a quick trim.

This definitely wasn’t a budget option, but I got exactly the look I wanted without having to run all over town trying to piece things together. For me, the ease and convenience were absolutely worth it.

I would 100% use them again.

Up Close with the Rhinos at Animal Kingdom

Some experiences at Walt Disney World feel extra special… the kind you don’t just remember, you talk about long after the trip is over. This was one of those. During my 50th birthday trip, we made our way to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for something I had been especially excited about – a behind-the-scenes tour with… Read More

Arizona Spring Break {Scottsdale: Golf Greens & Spa Scenes Part 2}

I had an early spa appointment and every intention of making a full day of it, so I grabbed a quick bite in the Gold Lounge and was off to Well & Being Spa. It. was. phenomenal. There are no phones allowed in the spa facilities, which I completely respect. I settled in with my… Read More

Arizona Spring Break {Scottsdale: A Bucket List Day in the Desert}

We were up… quite literally in the middle of the night… for today’s completely breathtaking adventure. A hot air balloon ride over the Sonoran Desert. My guys were not exactly thrilled with the 3:30 AM alarm, but by the end of the morning, we could all agree it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Hot Air Balloon… Read More

Arizona Spring Break {Sedona to Scottsdale: From Red Rocks to Resort Life}

We started our final morning in Sedona with another decadent breakfast at Che Ah Chi, once again surrounded by those spectacular red rock views. We took it slow and soaked it all in… so slow, in fact, that we found ourselves tossing everything into suitcases and squealing out the door. Worth it. Sedona Jeep Tour… Read More
