Yak & Yeti has long been a favorite of ours in Animal Kingdom. There are so many places we love that we have it on a bit of a rotation so we don’t get there every trip. It isn’t “super” themed and it doesn’t have characters, but it does offer a solid menu that we thoroughly enjoy (particularly with our big kids).

Located in Asia, the restaurant sits at the base of Expedition Everest. Themed as a quaint village home that has been transformed into a restaurant, you’ll find the proprietor’s collection of Southeast Asian artifacts and an eclectic menu.
We have a few favorites, the first of which being the Ahi Tuna Nachos. We also enjoy the Lettuce Cups to start with, but only if we are ravenous. We would never forego the nachos. :-)
My favorite menu item is the Chicken Tikka Masala. My boys love the Kobe Beef Burger and Teriyaki Chicken.
Reservations are not easy to come by and I highly suggest planning far enough in advance to make one. If you are a Landry’s Club member, you can do walk up.
