Last October I asked y’all for suggestions on suspenseful and thrilling type reads and so many of you recommended The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. My library didn’t carry it even after a few months of stalking. It eventually fell of my radar. Nearly a year later, I was thrilled to see it pop up as an available audio book on my Libby app!

The Silent Patient absolutely delivered on the psychological thriller ask from last year! Set in a psychiatric ward, the characters are likeable and the plot twists come out of nowhere. I couldn’t If you’re a fan of audio books, I’d me remiss if I didn’t mention the narrator’s fabulous accent.
I’m already listening to another in the young adult fantasy genre (House of Salt and Sorrows) and have queued up a memoir after that (Educated). What are you reading or listening to?
