Bows for Days

I’ve been fast and furiously dragging all of my Christmas stuff out this weekend!!  Honey has assembled most of the trees (the benefit of a husband with an allergy to most Christmas trees is that you have no choice but to go with FAKE) and I’ve been refreshing all of the bows.

I scored so many pretties half off at Hobby Lobby earlier in the week.  I’m adding leopard to the red I always use in my den…

…and I’m swapping out the old brown in my living room for this beyond fabulous peacock.

I’m even repurposing the play room tree to better fit the office.  I adored finally having a reason to purchase this PINK stripe.  I don’t have any special method for making bows – just me, spools of ribbons and some pipe cleaners.

Once all of these are done I will start on refreshing the bows on my outdoor wreaths.  Those won’t go up for a few weeks still, but I’d like to have the bows done so they are ready for Honey to hang.

So, it’s bows for days around these parts.  I’m hoping to have everything up this week!!!!  *squeal*
