I spied this darling Bar sign at Homegoods for $99 back before ankle-gate 2.0. It is the perfect colors for my Georgia Tech basement. Too bad my once stylish bar is now a modified trophy case. LOL
The baby came home from school last week and announced he was cooking supper. He’s a funny kid, that Whit.
Speaking of the devil, one of my friends with a daughter in his class texted me this pic of him in class. He’s a nut! It warmed my mommy heart to see such a big, genuine smile on his face. I still miss him a lot during the day.
I picked up a couple of yards of these darling cords at Hancock for Mother to make something cute for CeeCee. If mine were a little younger I would have grabbed a couple of yards of the raccoon for pants this fall!
John’s teacher celebrated her birthday last month. As the room parent in charge of “events and appreciation”, I simply asked each student to bring in a hand-made card and something from her favorites list if they wished. We picked out a Coke Zero and a yummy Ghiradelli chocolate bar and wrapped it up in a cello bag. I’m hoping that $4 made her day :-)
John has been back on the courts this fall. Between tennis and baseball for this one and soccer and baseball for his brother I never know which way I’m going these days.
This is an amazing article with 101 Disney Dining Tips. I read the entire thing and pinned it for future reference. I love pretty much every blog post this team has written, to tell you the truth!

Oh, and while we’re on the topic of food (I’m starving… can you tell), I pinned about twenty of these 200 Recipes for Football Season from How Sweet It Is. That bread…

With that, I’m off … er… actually I’m not. I’ll be heading to the ortho in a few minutes and then sitting here with my leg propped up on ice the rest of the day. waaaahhhhhhh. Cross those fingers for good news and a speedy recovery. I’ve got Disney World to visit!!
xoxo
