At long last, we finally dined at Tiffins Restaurant in Disney’s Animal Kingdom earlier this fall. We have had multiple reservations on various trips, but always ended up cancelling because we love the quick serve in this park. Well, we were all so glad we finally went because it soared the ranks to one of our favorites for dining in Walt Disney World! The good news is that Tiffins is an often overlooked dining location and I find it is relatively easy to get a reservation.
We’ve been long time fans of the Nomad Lounge for a great cocktail and small bites and this is a regular for us on every visit.
Moving on to the food, everything we had was exceptional! This is a signature dining restaurant and it is evident in all aspects of the food and service. We had the avocado and tomato salad, bread service and cheese board. For adult entrees, we had the pho and a chicken and polenta dish. We loved every single thing on the table.
Another note on signature dining… there are some really fantastic signature dining options at Disney World both in and out of the parks. I find that adding on one or two special meals like this really enhances the theme park experience for the adults. And, happy parents make for happier kids. :-) With the exception of Victoria & Alberts, all of the signature dining restaurants are kid friendly. Finally, there is a great dining plan option (the deluxe Disney dining plan) that will allow for multiple signature dining experiences in one trip so you can still have the comfort and reassurance of pre-paying for your trip and knowing your trip cost at the time of booking!
Tiffins is located right at the entrance to Pandora: World of Avatar. This sunset view never gets old! There is a reason why Pandora made Time Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places list for 2018!
