This is a really easy dinner that we’ve been loving this summer – Hawaiian Meatball Kebabs!! I serve it over rice and everyone loves it.
Hawaiian Meatball Kebabs
Package Aidells Teriyaki and Pineapple Meatballs
Red bell pepper
Red onion
Pineapple chunks (you can use fresh or the canned in juice)
Skewers
Prepared rice
Thread everything on your skewers and grill (we love the Big Green Egg)! Alternatively, start with your pepper and onion in a pan and sautee in butter. Add the pineapples and meatballs and continue cooking until warmed through. Serve over rice.
I purchase the meatballs at Costco. Two bags come in one box. One bag is plenty to feed the four of us and I freeze the other bag to use later!
They are delicious and we don’t even use any sauce or other condiments!
