A Very Merry Savannah Christmas

We had a wonderful, relaxing Christmas at home…

We spent the day pretty unplugged, watching these four revel in their gifts, putting together new toys and games and helping them try them all out.

I certainly intended to be a better photographer, but only snapped this one picture of my boys.  He was SO excited to get a hover board.  It was the only thing he asked for.

CeeCee asked for two things – “a real live puppy and rainbow lipstick”.  And, Sister’s entire family was overjoyed when their new puppy popped out of a box.  After losing two dogs over the course of a year, they spent almost a year without a dog, which broke their animal-loving hearts.

Our night ended with this angel singing Christmas Canon.  She practiced for weeks.   We lined out the dining room and kitchen chairs in the foyer and her performance brought me to tears.

From my family to yours, I hope that you had a very merry Christmas!
