Walking Tacos for Cinco de Mayo

It was cold, rainy and windy so we were as happy as clams celebrating cindo de mayo at home!  Things kicked off with margaritas for the adults.  I found the Fat & Juicy mix at Fresh Market.  I don’t recommend.  HA!  Somehow we managed though :-)  I picked up the mini pinatas last year to add to my party stash.  They are SO super cute.  I think they were from Target but I didn’t see them this year.  These are cute on Amazon too.

Taco night is pretty standard fare around here so there really wasn’t any big to do.  You could fix your meal in salad style (over chips), in a tortilla, or walking!

Walking is usually the fave!!  All you do is cut the top off of mini chip bags and put everything right in.  It’s SO easy and there’s no clean up.  I buy the mixed bags of chips that include fritos, doritos and sun chips because those are the faves.
