With the approaching holiday week I figure many of you are trying to figure out what you’re going to feed your crew. BLTs are always a hit with my family, and anything served on a board feels special! I love this one because you don’t have to keep anything hot or cold. I can put it out for the early risers and leave it for an hour or two as others awake.
I cook the bacon in the oven in one fell swoop and toast the english muffins in the oven, too. While those things are going I slice up the tomatoes. It’s easy and yummy.
This particular morning I had banana bread, too. Here’s my favorite recipe:
