I have been working so hard behind the scenes over here to bring y’all a brand new series called At Home. Kicking us off will be my sweet friend and fellow Atlantan Rhoda at Southern Hospitality!
Rhoda has spent the last four years tirelessly working to share a complete, top to bottom renovation of her home. You really won’t believe all of her before and after photos. I love her traditional style and that she shares every single detail of every room – colors, fabrics, sources and even costs. By clicking on the links to each room, you will find entire posts full of sources and ideas. Welcome to Southern Hospitality…

If you know Rhoda, you will know that this space perfectly reflects her cheery personality. It is so very warm and welcoming! I love how she took advantage of the great vaulted ceiling and I adore the ship lap over the fireplace.

The board and batten in the dining room is one of my favorite features in the house!! I love the mix of old and new and am a huge fan of the statement lantern over the table.

You will never believe that this is an Ikea kitchen!!! I loved following along with this project and couldn’t believe the results.

The den is another favorite space. The mix of color and patterns is a little edgy, but the entire room maintains a welcoming and traditional feel. I am a huge fan of painting the backs of my bookcases and love the color here.

Home offices have come a long way since dark wood and paneling! I get enough of that at work. I love that this space is bright and cheery and inspiring.

Y’all… this gingham wall is hand painted! That’s right. Hand painted!! I love the art, traditional furnishings and classic bedding. Such a beautiful place to lay your head.

This fabulous black and white bathroom is one of Rhoda’s newest updates. She breaks out all the details on her blog and I have bookmarked this for when I start my own. One day… far far away.

There is something quintessentially Southern about a screened porch. This is absolutely the perfect space for morning coffee, reading a book, taking a snooze and an evening cocktail. I love that it is furnished as an extension of the inside, with drapes, a rug, lighting and accessories.

Last but not least, I adore Rhoda’s functional and practical patio addition. It’s the perfect place for entertaining! Don’t you just way to lounge on that sofa?!

Many, many thanks to Rhoda for inviting us into her delightful home!
