Cucumber Creation

This can hardly be called a recipe, and certainly doesn’t qualify for Sunday Supper but we love recreating something we enjoyed eating at home. After telling Whit about the delicious cucumber at The Garden Room, he was dying to try it – and wanted to make it. We did a little research and came pretty close!

You’ll need:

  • Cucumber
  • Stonewall Kitchen Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce (Publix)
  • Togorashi Spice (Amazon)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Micro greens

First, we drizzled the plate with the sauce. Then, we peeled our cucumber and trimmed a thin strip off the bottom so it would sit straight on the plate. We sprinkled with Togarasi spice (it’s very spicy, so be careful) and sesame seeds. Finally, we topped with greens.

Here’s what it looked like at The Garden Room:

It was yummy and healthy. We’ve made about 12 cucumbers in two weeks!
